Hungary is a fairly new jurisdiction in the game. Trying to compete with other EU jurisdictions they have lowered the corporate income tax down to 9% making Hungary a very attractive place to base your EU trading business. It is part of the Schengen zone and it’s very centrally located in the EU and offers less expensive workforce, but highly qualified, than other EU countries.
